-Intersil Corporation today introduced three tiny, razor-thin real-time clock (RTC) products that are ideal for low-voltage and portable applications.

-Intersil Corporation raised its revenue guidance for its second quarter of 2009.The Company expects its second quarter 2009 revenue to be in the range of $145 million to $148 million, representing a 23% to 25% increase over first quarter 2009 revenue of $118.2 million. This compares to previous second quarter revenue guidance of $123 million to $132 million. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report revenue of $129 million for the same period.
